Homemade Classic Chicken Meatballs according to our own recipe.

Preparation

Cooking from frozen: Oven: 175°C for 20-25 minutes. Convection oven: With/whit out steam 150°C for 20-25 minutes. Frying pan: Fry them in a little oil/butter on low to medium heat for approx. 10 minutes. Stir every other minute.
Microwave (700W): Place in a bowl without a lid. Heat every 5 balls for 2 minutes. Stir halfway through.
Keep frozen at –4°F or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Chicken brisket, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, black pepper, paprika, cumin, soy sauce, milk, salt
One piece: 25-30 gr.
Shelf life: 6 months at -18
Cooking time: 30 min
